As of May 18 2020 PCC plans to hold meetings online via Microsoft Teams. Meetings will be held under the following Welsh Statutory Instrument: The Local Authorities (Coronavirus)(Meetings)(Wales) Regulations 2020
The requirement for the press and public to be present is temporarily suspended.
This is completely new territory for town and community councils but we will do our best to keep the business of representing our communities functioning as best we can in these extraordinary times.
Emergency procedures are in place as set out in the March 16 Minutes.
The Welsh Government issued new regulations on council meetings (below) on April 22 2020.
Pentyrch Community Council holds its main meetings on the 3rd Monday of every month except August.
PCC’s Planning Committee meets at 1 Penuel Road, Pentyrch CF15 9LJ on the first Wednesday of each month at noon.
During the Coronavirus Emergency PCC will be discussing planning applications by email. If you wish to make comments please send them to the Clerk and they will be forwarded to the committee.

Papers for Main Meetings
The press and public are invited to attend and have a legal right to be there. Each meeting provides for the press and public to ask questions and raise issues with councillors.
The Agenda and any associated papers will be published here at least 3 clear days before the next meeting.
Minutes are published as soon after each meeting as possible, usually about a week, on a separate page of this site.
The venue of the meetings rotates between the three villages. All meetings will start at 7.00pm unless otherwise advertised.
