PCC Meetings

CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY

As of May 18 2020 PCC plans to hold meetings online via Microsoft Teams.   Meetings will be held under the following Welsh Statutory Instrument:  The Local Authorities (Coronavirus)(Meetings)(Wales) Regulations 2020

The requirement for the press and public to be present is temporarily suspended.

This is completely new territory for town and community councils but we will do our best to keep the business of representing our communities functioning as best we can in these extraordinary times.

Emergency procedures are in place as set out in the March 16 Minutes.  

The Welsh Government issued new regulations on council meetings (below) on April 22 2020.    

Local Authorities (Meetings and Remote Attendance) (Wales) Regulations

Pentyrch Community Council holds its main meetings on the 3rd Monday of every month except August.  The next Meeting will be held on December 21.

 

During the Coronavirus Emergency these meetings will take place via Microsoft Teams.

PCC Full Council Meetings 2020

PCC’s Planning Committee used to meet at 1 Penuel Road, Pentyrch CF15 9LJ on the first Wednesday of each month at noon.  We are now meeting online.   If you wish to make comments please send them to the Clerk and they will be forwarded to the committee.
