Pentyrch

From its early foundation as a Christian settlement Pentyrch flourished as an agricultural and mining community.

The Old Rectory and Castle House. The stone working skirting Castle House suggests that it was a fortified residence in the 17the century.

Tŷ Gwellt in 1894. Soft drinks were sold at the house on hot summer days.
